Balsamic Strawberries & Vanilla Ice Cream

Ripe berries sharpened with caramelised balsamic over cold vanilla ice cream.

Balsamic Strawberries & Vanilla Ice Cream

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Ingredients.

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp caramelised balsamic
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Black pepper

NOW COOK

Method.

  1. 01

    Quarter strawberries and toss with sugar and balsamic.

  2. 02

    Rest for 10 minutes until glossy and juicy.

  3. 03

    Spoon over vanilla ice cream and finish with one turn of black pepper.
